Once you finish a session, you might be wondering "so how can I send this video to someone else?"
Follow these steps for downloading the session video:
End the session by clicking "End Session".
Click "download media" from the toolbar at the top of your page.
Clicking here will start a zip file download straight to your computer, so make sure you take note of where your downloads are set to We'll give you everything about the session in the zip file, including snapshots taken during the session, video, and all notes made during the session.
If you click on 'Download media' before the video has finished processing, we'll download just the snapshots.
