Occasionally when a user attempts to log into Crunchwork or Virtual Assist via a mobile device - they may encounter an error message "Unable to configure verification page".

This usually happens when the Cross-Origin Verification Fallback isn't configured properly:

We recommend you disable "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" & "Block all Cookies" within your browser settings.

Safari example:

You should now be able to refresh the page and proceed to log in.

Hot tip: You should be using the native browser to your operating system i.e. iOS - Safari & Android - Google Chrome.
