How do I send reports to clients?

Submitting a report to a client from Crunchwork can be done via integrations or in-app email.

In this article, you learn the difference between Draft and Publish statuses in report writer.

The act of publishing will trigger the below actions:

  1. Lock all fields so that they cannot be edited.

  2. Update the report status to "Published".

  3. Download a PDF copy of the report and upload into the related job attachments.

  4. For Opus and ENData customers, this will also upload the PDF copy of the report into the "Documents" of Opus/ENData job.

You may also follow the steps in the following video to email manually directly from Crunchwork. This is beneficial, so that there is a visible record to show when the report was sent.

Opus

Upon publishing a builders assessment report in Crunchwork, the PDF will automatically send across and attach as a document.

In addition, Crunchwork will also sync the following fields into the IAG AR job from your builders assessment report:

  1. Incident confirmed

  2. has the insurer been advised of the next steps in the process?

  3. Sum Insured Adequate?

  4. Ins the Insured aware of any repairs that they are repsonbile for?

  5. Other hazards on site

  6. Repairs scope of work section

  7. Property Details section

  8. Claim Decision (Recommendation field in Opus)

  9. Meth / Drug manufacture at site

ENData

Upon publishing a builders assessment report in Crunchwork, the PDF will automatically send across and attach as a document for ENData also.

In addition, Crunchwork will also sync the following fields into the Site report tab from your builders assessment report:

  1. Claim Recommendation

  2. Attendance date

  3. Sum Insured

  4. House Type

  5. Roof Type

  6. Foundation Type

  7. Dwelling Age

  8. Cladding Type

The right hand side of the Site Report tab will also be filled using the following sections from the builders assessment report:

Are there any noted building/design faults contributing to the damage?

If Maintenance issue prior = "YES",add detail from 'Maintenance defect issues' text and send YES, otherwise "NO"

Are there any noted maintenance issues existing or related to the event?

If Maintenance issue prior = "YES", send YES, otherwise "NO"

Would the insured have been reasonably aware of any identified maintenance issues?

If Maintenance issue prior = "YES", send YES, otherwise "NO"

In the event of claim acceptance, does the maintenance issues need to be rectified prior to resultant damage commencing?

If Maintenance issue prior = "YES", add detail from 'Insured/owner Maintenance Responsibility' text and 'YES', otherwise "NO"

Are there any issues relating to the proposed scope of works that may impact repairs, ie matching materials/cut off points, non affected areas
