How do I add a new Dashboards to a user account?

Users have the option to access a variety of dashboards, including, but not limited to: Admin Coordinator, Repair Coordinator, Supervisor and Finance dashboards.

They are all used to display and compare unique data from Crunchwork. If you would like to learn more about which dashboards are available, please submit a ticket through our support portal, or email us -

Users won't automatically have access to these dashboards, so if specific users do need access to certain dashboards please contact your System Admin to follow the instructions outlined in this article.

Your System Admin should have access to the 'Admin' app, within the app draw:

Within the Admin app, click on 'Edit' on the desired user's account.

You will notice a 'Select Dashboards' dropdown menu:

Simply click on the dashboard you require this user to access, and hit 'Save'.

Then, ask the user to log out, and log back in again, and they should have access.
