Call the primary contact to schedule a time for an assessor to visit the site.

Refer Assessment Back To Insurer

Admin Coordinator

1 day after the 4th failed 'Assessment Call To Schedule' task

Contact the insurer to let them know you can't get hold of the primary contact and can't get on-site.

Book Assessor

Admin Coordinator

1 day after 'Assessment Call To Schedule' task marked complete

Contact the assessor and book in a time for the assessment.

Submit Assessment to Insurer


12 hours after task 'Book Assessor' marked complete

Once the builders assessment is complete, submit it to the insurer

Quote Review Required


1 hour after site attended the timestamp

If the job requires an estimator, then you need to review the quote prior to submission.

Send Specialist Report Purchase Order


1 hour after custom field 'Speciality report obtained?' filled out in builders report

IF the job requires a specialist report, then send a PO for a report to the relevant specialist

Submit Specialist Report


1 day after task "Send Specialist Report Purchase Order" is marked complete

When you've received the specialists report, submit this to the insurer

Invoice Assessment


1 day after task 'Submit Assessment to Insurer' marked complete

Once all documents have been submitted, create an invoice for the assessment and send to the insurer.
