After creating a SKU, and inventory for the SKU, you can book assets against jobs. Asset assignments will be visible against Pulse jobs in the assets table with their status.
Assigning an asset
You can assign an asset against a job using a mobile device only. Start by finding your job and opening the assets table on your mobile.
Scroll down past this view until you see the Asset Assignments section. Tap on Asset checkout and return.
If the asset is unassigned, your phone camera will open, so that you can scan the QR code for the asset.
After scanning the QR code, you will be prompted to assign the asset and supply the expected duration.
If the asset is already assigned, you will be prompted to return the asset, and review other assigned assets. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Return" to start the checkout process.
A new assignment needs to be created if you would like to extend the use of the asset after returning.
