In this article, you learnt how to create a quote. Once you have created and published a quote, it is ready to send to your clients.

Opus/ENData Integrations

For Opus and ENData customers, publishing a quote will upload the PDF copy of the quote and scope into the "Documents" of the claim within Opus/ENData.

Manual

For clients not set up for automation, the quote can be sent to them in several ways.

Portal Upload

For clients/insurers that require a copy of the quote to be uploaded to their personal portals, the quote PDF can be downloaded from Crunchwork.

Upon publishing a quote, a PDF copy of the quote and scope will download and upload into the related job attachments. Users can then download this to their computer and upload it to their client's portal.

You can continue to download PDF versions of the quote and scope at any time.

Email

For clients/insurers that require a copy of the quote be emailed to them, the quote PDF can be downloaded from Crunchwork and sent using the Email feature within the job.

Upon publishing a quote, a PDF copy of the quote and scope will download and upload into the related job attachments.

Once downloaded, a user can click 'New Email' within the job's 'Email Correspondence' panel.

You can choose the insurer from the 'To' section and attach the pdfs before clicking 'Send'.
