A Pulse Project is an Insurance Claim in Crunchwork, allocated to your company by your Insurer Partners. For each individual Claim that is allocated to you, an individual Project is created in Crunchwork.

There is only one Project per claim number.

Pulse Project acts as the central point for the Claim and contains specific information, including:

  • Property Address

  • Claim Number (unique to each Insurer Partner)

  • Policy Name

  • Insurer/Brand

  • Building Policy Value

  • Building Policy Inception

  • Claim Category

  • Contact Information

Additionally, a Pulse Project provides an overview of all tasks, attachments, assets, notes, and contacts found within the related Pulse Jobs. This allows a user to see a high-level view of an entire claim at once.

Pulse Jobs are manually created within a Project based on claim information and the scope of work the Insurer has requested.
