In the event that a you need to provide a credit note for a client or trade, you may denote a negative value from your company by raising an invoice with the type "Credit Note."

Follow the below steps to issue a credit note against a job:

  1. Find your job in Pulse and use the Create menu to open a new invoice.

  2. Change the invoice type to Credit Note

  3. Add a line item

    1. Denote a negative value in the QTY column

  4. Mark the invoice as "Approved"

Note, anyone you wish to invoice will need to be created in Crunchwork as an "Account" first before assignign them to an invoice.
