Creating a Combo

Click on "Combo" from the left-hand side of Catalog.

Click on "Create Combo" from the left-hand side of your page.

Enter the Name, Description, Category and Default Quantity you require for the combo.

Next, click 'Add Items' to select the line items you require to be included in the combo.

You can scroll through line items, or search for specific items.

To select a line item, click on it - you can select multiple line items before adding to the combo.

Click 'Add Items' to add your selected lines into the combo.

You can adjust the default quantity of each line item, if required.

Creating Your Combo and Publishing
Once you've completed your combo, use the "Create" button in the top right-hand corner of the page.

You will need to assign it to your team.

This saves your combo as a 'Draft'.

When you're ready for the combo to be used, you can change the status to "Published" to make the combo available for users to quote.

When making changes, don't forget to hit "Save".

When to use combos?

You can use combos when you'd like to quickly apply a set of line items that capture the costs of a repair methodology, and view the breakdown of material versus labour items.

How to use combos on a quote

  1. Add a new line item on the quote

  2. Choose the category that is associated with your combo

  3. Choose 'Other' in the type dropdown.

  4. Start typing in the description the name of the combo

The combo should add with a highlighted yellow line to indicate the total of all line items nested beneath it.
