As each module in Crunchwork has special relationships with other modules, this means we can link documents like your quotes, purchase orders and reports with their related projects, zones, accounts and jobs.

To make each entity easier to find when you're on the go, we created the "Jump-to" button that allows you to "jump" to records that relate to each other.

Where to find it

In the top left corner of each page you should see the "Jump To" button pinned in the top toolbar.

What does it do?

Crunchwork uses the project reference as the ID for each record that is created off each project. This means that if you created a quote using the "Create" button from Project X, that quote will be linked to that Project X, and therefore will be accessible via the "Jump-to" button when viewing Project X.

How to use it

Simply click on the "Jump To" button to load the related records available. You can use the "Jump-to" button to go back to the job, project, or even to jump across to related quotes or other documents.

Here are some examples of how you use it

  • When viewing a quote, and you'd like to find revisions of the same quote.

  • When viewing a quote, and you'd like to find the account related to the quote.

  • When viewing a job, and you'd like to go back to the parent project.

  • When viewing a job, and you'd like to view the job preceding it.

  • When viewing a project, and you'd like to view it's related account.

  • When viewing a report, and you'd like to find revisions of the same report.

  • When viewing a report, and you'd like to find the account related to the report.
