For those working with AAI Limited and their brands, you're probably now familiar with their two claims management systems:

  1. ClaimsHub - Suncorp's main system up until the 9th of December, 2020.

  2. In4Mo - Suncorp's new main system for any new jobs past the 9th of December, 2020.

Previously, we had an integration for any jobs relating to the AAI Limited accounts that would take care of uploading vendor notes, reports and quotes. With the introduction of In4Mo, we can no longer automate these uploads, meaning that users now have to manually upload their documents and notes into this system.

To assist our users, we've updated the workflows to help you manage the transition into In4Mo.

There’ll still be some claims managed within ClaimsHub, however this number will reduce over time as the number of In4Mo managed claims increases.

How the changes work:

  • When a user clicks on “publish” on quotes or reports related to AAI jobs made after 9.12.2020, there is no error notification.

  • When a user clicks on “publish” on quotes or reports related to AAI jobs made after 9.12.2020, the regular “Your report/quote has been published” notification shows.

  • When a user clicks on “publish” on quotes or reports related to AAI jobs made after 9.12.2020, an email is sent to your managed inbox for claims. This will include the claim number, a link to the report/quote and its reference number

  • When a user clicks on “publish” on quotes or reports related to AAI jobs made before 9.12.2020, the document is successfully published using the ClaimsHub egress flow.

Vendor notes will also be required to be manually recorded inside the In4Mo portal by a nominated user of your choice.
