The invoice app allows you to generate invoices from existing quotes, generate PDF copies and send the invoices to your vendors. 

If you need access to invoices but do not, please contact your manager to help give you the right permissions. 

Invoices Layout 

Like all of your apps, the invoices homepage will list your invoices in the centre of your page with actions, and have a comprehensive search bar on the left hand side of the page. 

For each row, you can see the status of that invoice on the far right hand side of the page. 

To view an invoice, click on the eye button for that invoice.
To delete, click on the bin. 

Creating an Invoice

Click on the "Create New Invoice" button to get started. 

Invoices can be linked to existing job reference numbers, accounts, zones and existing quotes, so we recommend using these drop down arrows on each field to find the right data for your invoice.

Adding Files to the Invoice 

Use the "Attachments and Notes" section to upload files or write supporting notes to your invoice. Any uploaded files or notes will be added to the PDF when generated.
