We've designed the Dashboard to show employees the important tasks for the day, and for operations managers, give you everything you need to know about your business health and performance at a glance. 

The Dashboard can be configured by role, so for most employees, you won't need to worry about setting up your dashboard. 

We'll also load the Dashboard every time you login, so you can think of the Dashboard as your Crunchwork homepage. 

Tips on Using the Dashboard

  • Depending on your role, you might be able to do a lot of your work from the Dashboard using the "Edit" button. For example, you can update task statuses and send messages to connected contacts from here.

  • Use the "Sync Dashboard" button regularly to ensure you're looking at the most recent information.

  • Is the dashboard available on mobile? Yes! 

  • Can I change the layout of my tiles? Let us know what layout you'd like and we're happy to help!
